Art Therapy

Information collected during an assessment is kept off line and is stored in a safe and locked unit. Session notes are kept on an external hard drive and are password protected files. Initials are the only personal data contained in these files. Phone numbers and email addresses collected during the assessment will be added to a smart phone and are used only when relevant information pertaining to Art Therapy is being communicated. In the case of adult clients after three years all information and art work is securely shredded. Three dimensional art work will be destroyed immediately following completion of therapy. For under age clients all art work will be securely shredded after three years and session notes will be kept for three years following the 18 th birthday. No personal information will be shared with third parties.

Yoga, Pilates, Mindfulness

Contact information and relevant medical information is collected at registration. Telephone numbers and email addresses are transferred to a smart phone and gmail account for the purposes of communication relevant information pertaining to these services. Information relating to recent injuries, surgeries or medical conditions is kept securely in a locked unit for three years and then is securely shredded. No personal contact details or information is shared with third parties. You can request that your information be destroyed / deleted at any time.
