Mindfulness meditation is a practice which encourages us to see things as they really are.
Our courses offer mindfulness practices which promote calmness, emotional stability and lower reactivity in stressful situations. These techniques are taught in a manner that is accessible and easily transferable into daily life. Mindfulness is also known as Vipassana or Insight Meditation.

What's available?

6 week Mindfulness Meditation Course
This course combines seated and walking meditation techniques for complete beginners and those looking for a refresher course in Mindfulness. The course follows the four foundations of mindfulness.
8 Week Schools Mindfulness Course

This course delivers the benefits of mindfulness through a child centred approach. Each course is tailored for the developmental needs of the children. Emotional regulation is a core concept of the children’s course.
