These one to one mindfulness sessions will teach you practices that help you:

  • Break the stress cycle - preventing burn out and chronic stress.
  • Respond effectively rather than react negatively to stress.
  • Improve relationships with yourself and others.
  • Achieve greater creativity and problem solving abilities.

This course is part experiential and practice based and part psychoeducational, grounded in the latest research.

The course content is designed so that it motivates you to understand HOW TO meditate but also WHY meditate. Buidling and supporting your motivation so that you can achieve the best results is what we do.

Over time the awareness that is cultivated through meditation can help reduce reactivity and encourage calmer responses to moments of stress. When the mind can problem solve in a calmer manner the possibility of greater creativity opens up. Your daily mindfulness meditation is a training ground for growing a calmer more mindful life.
